Karmuel Young ships worldwide and provides all packages with a tracking number.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email update with shipping details along with tracking number. You can follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order. Please note that tracking information will be updated 2-3 business day after your order has been shipped.

• Estimated shipping times are in additional to processing time. Orders are typically proceeded within 2-3 business days to be dispatched.
• Please note that working days do not include weekends and bank holidays.
• All orders require a signature upon delivery. The delivery usually operates between 9am—6pm on business days.
• The delivery time frames are for reference only. Transit times vary based on the delivery location, custom inspection and other factors.
• We are unable to ship to P.O boxes or military address.

 

Your parcel will be delivered by DHL. They will leave a notice card after each delivery attempt to advise you what you can do to arrange the receipt of your package. Your signature will be required upon delivery.

 

Duties and taxes are not included, your package will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and may incur duties and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. Please note customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

 

To return a purchase with full price, the items should meet the following conditions:

• Be returned within 14 days of your delivery date
• Be in its original, unworn, unused and unwashed condition
• Be returned with original tags and packaging

1. Send return authorization request to our customer service team via store@karmuelyoung.com by providing return item(s) information, order number and registered account.
2. Receive return authorization notice, return delivery address and instructions from our customer service team by email reply.
3. Pack your return item(s) with original packaging.
4. Send return parcel tracking number to our customer service team once your return is delivered.
5. Be notified by email once your return has been received.

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping fees. Karmuel Young reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion. No exchange service is available for the purchase made through the Website. We recommend using a traceable and insured return service.

 

Refunds will be issued via original payment method within 2 weeks of our receipt of the item(s). PayPal refunds may take up to 30 days and are subject to PayPal refund regulations. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
